It’s predicted that almost a third of UK shoppers (30%) plan to buy online during this year’s Black Friday compared to just 8% last year.
And according to eMarketer, U.S. retail sales in November and December could grow 5.7 percent compared to 2014. If that happened, this year would mark one of the best increases in total U.S. retail sales in several years.
During this potentially lucrative upcoming season, you’ll no doubt be making strategic adjustments in order to maximize your eCommerce sales. But as the percentage of eCommerce sales continues to grow as a share of your overall revenue, you can no longer afford to guess at key metrics in order to make decisions and course-correct.
